As a result, all existing members are required to reset their password to ensure their account is protected with our latest security standards.

Terms and conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    • a) These terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, govern the provision and/or use of any goods and/or services provided by the registered company GC Components’ (ACN: 681 395 915) (trading as “Goat Club Store”).
    • b) Any use of the website, goods or services of the Goat Club Store constitutes an agreement to and acceptance of the terms and conditions, as amended.
    • c) Amendments to the terms and conditions may result in changes to the website and any goods or services that the Goat Club Store offers. Amendments are effective when they are updated on the website and any users of the website, goods or services agree to and are bound by those changes.
    • d) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in Victoria, Australia, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and any other courts that which may hear appeals from those courts.
  2. Privacy
    • a) The Goat Club Store is bound by and obtains, uses, and disseminates information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
    • b) The Goat Club Store’s Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, is published on its website.
    • c) By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to your information being collected, used, and disseminated in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  3. Goods and Services
    • a) The Goat Club Store is retail platform that offers gaming and technology related merchandise, goods and services.
    • b) The Goat Club Store reserves the right to add, remove, vary, substitute or discontinue any or all goods and services in its sole discretion at any time.
    • c) The Goat Club Store strives to ensure that all products are described as accurately as possible, but does not provide a guarantee to this effect, and reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions as they become evident.
    • d) Images are provided as an indication only, and the Goat Club Store does not guarantee that the image is a true representation of the colour or other visual aspects of the product, or a full representation of all of the design options relating to that product.
    • e) The Goat Club Store conducts a promotion known as ‘Mystery Boxes’ (Promotion). The conduct of the Promotion will be in accordance with these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions stipulated for that Promotion.
    • f) By entering the Promotion, you accept these terms and conditions and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria of the Promotion.
  4. G-Cash
    • a) The Goat Club Store provides additional benefits to purchasers associated with the membership program provided by the registered company ‘GOAT CLUB PTY LTD’ (ACN: 658 935 043) known as ‘Goat Club’ (Goat Club).
    • b) The Goat Club Store is a participating retailer in the loyalty scheme operated by the Goat Club whereby members receive benefits in the form of loyalty points known as ‘G-Cash’, which can be redeemed for rewards within the Goat Club Store.
    • c) G-Cash is a form of loyalty point system only, and cannot be redeemed for cash, or any goods or services except as specified by the Goat Club or the Goat Club Store.
    • d) Members of the Goat Club may utilise G-Cash to purchase eligible products and
      enter into Promotions where the Goat Club Store permits such entry, and on such terms and conditions, as the Goat Club Store determines from time to time.
    • e) The Goat Club Store reserves the right to add, remove, vary, substitute or discontinue any or all access to goods and services via G-Cash in its sole discretion at any time.
  5. Terms of use
    • a) As part of any registration for membership of the Goat Club Store, you may be asked to provide information including name, address, date of birth, mobile phone, email address and payment information. You agree that any information you provide is true and complete (both at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis) and agree that any failure to provide or maintain true and complete information is a breach of these terms and conditions. You agree to immediately update your account information in the event of any change in your circumstance
    • b) You agree to notify the Goat Club Store immediately of any known or suspected
      unauthorized access of your account or breach of security or your password.
      The Goat Club Store is not responsible for any loss or damage where you have not maintained the confidentiality of your account.
    • c) The Goat Club Store reserves the right to take any reasonable steps, including restricting, limiting or terminating any account, in the event of a breach or suspected breach of these terms and conditions.
    • d) You agree that in using any goods or services of the Goat Club Store (including the website) you will not:
      • (I) violate any applicable law or regulation, including any infringement of copyright, trademarks or improperly use, obtain or disclose confidential or private information;
      • (II) participate in any defamatory, harmful, or inappropriate conduct towards any person; or
      • (III) participate or be knowingly involved in, directly or indirectly with, any
        breach or attempted breach of any security of the confidential or private
        information held by the Goat Club Store, including any account holders
        information or software data.
    • e) All communications, comments and submissions to the Goat Club Store in connection with any use of the website or any goods or services are the exclusive property of the Goat Club Store. In making any communication, comment or submission to the Goat Club Store you agree that the contents therein are assigned to the Goat Club Store to deal with in its absolute discretion.
    • f) All users are solely responsible for any violation of the terms of use and of any relevant laws or third-party rights as a result of their conduct, and you indemnify the Goat Club Store for any loss or damage suffered in connection with any violation.
    • g) Any and all services, content, information and products belonging to third party providers that may be available, advertised or featured on the Goat Club Store’s website or in any communications, are made without any representation or warranty by the Goat Club Store regarding those products.
  6. Consumer rights & obligations
    • a) The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) requires businesses to provide consumer guarantees for goods and services that apply regardless of any warranty, and cannot be excluded
    • b) For any minor problem with goods or services provided, the Goat Club Store may choose at its discretion whether to remedy the problem by replacing, repairing or refunding a consumer.
    • c) For any major problem a consumer can choose to obtain a full refund or replacement by returning any goods and services, or can keep the product and request compensation for the reduction in value of the product.
  7. Promotion Eligibility
    • a) Unless specified otherwise, Promotions are open only to people who:
      • (I) are residents of Australia; and
      • (II) are 15 years of age or older; and
      • (III) have completed all requirements from time to time that are specified for the Promotion.
        (Eligible Person).
    • b) Details of entry, prizes and drawing of each Promotion are detailed in the terms and conditions for that promotion.
  8. Price of Goods
    • a) All prices quoted on the Goat Club Store’s website are in Australian Dollars an include GST
    • b) The Goat Club Store endeavours to ensure that its prices are current, but reserves the right to amend its prices at any time.
  9. Payment methods
    • a) The Goat Club Store accepts payments through a secure payment system via credit card (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX), Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
    • b) By providing a payment method you are warranting that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. The Goat Club Store may suspend, cancel or refuse payment in the event of any suspicion of fraud or unlawful behaviour at its discretion.
    • с) You also acknowledge that payment methods are sourced from various providers, with each provider controlling the terms and conditions that apply to its payment method.
    • d) Goat Club Store may add or remove payment methods that it accepts at any time.
  10. Exchange/return policy
    • Change of Mind / No-Reason Return
    • a) The Goat Club Store is happy to return or exchange item(s) if you have changed your mind, provided that:
      • (I) All items are returned within 14 days of receipt;
      • (II) The products must be as new i.e. sealed, unused, undamaged, unsoiled,
        and in their original packaging or with tags attached;
      • (III) The product(s) are not in large quantity (greater than 3 units);
      • (IV) Valid proof of purchase from the Goat Club Store can be produced (i.e.
        payment receipt); and
      • (V) The total order value of the item(s) to be returned is less than $1,000.00
        (exclusive of shipping or taxes).
    • b) Excluded Items: Bulky and/or heavy items are not eligible to be returned for change of mind. Items that are bulky or heavy are as defined by the Goat Club Store’s shipping provider and may vary from time to time.
    • c) Before returning any items, customers must contact returns@goatclub.store to receive the return form. The form must be filled out and submitted to the Goat Club Store customer support team within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
    • d) Products should be posted to Factory 8, 36 Merri Concourse, Campbellfield 3061
    • e) Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
    • f) Postage costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable unless the product is deemed faulty
    • g) Payment surcharges (e.g. credit card, PayPal) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • h) No refunds or credits will be given for items returned unsealed, used, damaged, soiled, or not in their original packaging or with tags attached.
    • Returning Failty Products Under Warranty
    • i) If you believe an item is faulty, and it is still covered by the warranty as indicated by the product description and/or warranty card, you can contact Goat Club Store via email at returns@goatclub.store or via the members portal to request an assessment.
    • j) Faulty items must be posted to Factory 8, 36 Merri Concourse, Campbellfield 3061 for assessment. Confirmation of the fault is required before any refund or replacement will be processed by the Goat Club Store.
    • a) Postage costs will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty.
      Returning Products Which Are Faulty On Arrival (DOA)
    • i) You must immediately notify the Goat Club Store of any items which are received with a fault, so that these can be returned for assessment.
    • j) Faulty items must be posted to Factory 8, 36 Merri Concourse, Campbellfield 3061 for assessment. Confirmation of the fault is required before any refund or replacement will be processed by the Goat Club Store
    • a) Postage costs will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty.
    • b) Goat Club VIP members are eligible to be issued with a prepaid Australia Post label to return faulty items to the Goat Club Store. Items must be deposited at an Australia Post outlet by the customer.
  11. Shipping and delivery
    • a) The Goat Club Store provides delivery within Australia only.
    • b) Shipping is available via Aus Post Standard, Aus Post Express or Team Global Express (TGE).
    • c) Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
    • d) The Goat Club Store aims to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment authorisation for same. You will be advised of any delays occurring as a result of temporary unavailability of stock. [Delivery times may be extended in times of high demand eg Christmas, or during promotions or sales]
    • e) Please allow for delivery of orders:
      • (I) VIC: 2-5 Business days
      • (II) NSW/QLD/SA: Business 3-7 days
      • (III) NT/WA/TAS: Business 4-10 days
    • f) The above delivery dates are indicative only and are subject to demand and operational capacity of the Goat Club Stores shipping provider.
    • g) Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number.
    • h) Once products have been dispatched to your nominated address, they become your liability. The Goat Club Store is not responsible for product damage during transit, unless such damage arises as a result of fault or neglect on behalf of the Goat Club Store.
    • i) If orders are returned to the Goat Club Store by shipping companies due to an incorrect delivery address being provided, additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer to re-send items.
  12. Exclusions and Liability
    • a) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.
    • b) Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Goat Club Store (including its officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability for any personal injury, or any loss or damage in the provision of any goods or services, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
      • (I) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Goat Club Store’s control);
      • (II) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference or intervention;
      • (III) any addition, variation, substitution or removal of any goods or services provided by the Goat Club Store;
      • (IV) any limitation or restriction of access to any goods or services provided by the Goat Club Store;
      • (V) any failure, delay or defect with or related to any network, service of transmission (including by not limited to post, telephone or internet);
      • (VI) any other circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Goat Club Store.
    • c) Where any event or occurrence outside of the control of the Goat Club Store prevents or hinders the ability to proceed with any promotion or part thereof, the Goat Club Store may vary, cancel or re-schedule the promotion or any part of it. Any such action must be conducted in accordance with the applicable law and regulatory requirements for the conduct of the promotion.

    • a) The headings in these Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
